I threw this together really quickly (less than an hour) as an entry for the Ugly Betty challenge over on the Fiskateers blog.I was originally thinking I would use a different picture, but then when looking through my stack of old photos I saw this one and immediately knew what to do with it. And the best part? I got to use a couple of my new Quickutz dies taht I bought because they were cute but that I had no idea when I would use. 'Cause really, how often does one use alien and space ship dies?

That's you!! I wasn't sure who it was until reading your journaling! But I knew he/she was human! No aliens. Thank goodness. Love the page and good luck with the contest. Are you supposed to have an ugly picture? Cos I think you look cute.
OMG....i can't believe that is you!!! love the layout and good luck on winning the challenge...i think you should!!! Do you still have LONG fingers...in the photo you look like you have long thin fingers....perfect for playing the piano! I think you look adorable!
For the contest you are supposed to use an "ugly" photo. By that they mean ugly quality- over exposed, cutting peoples heads off, etc. And actually, when I scanned this in, my picture looks better! My original has a red streak through it, and black spots everywhere. Plus it's on the grainy side.
